The GMS980 high-precision Gaussian meter calibration system is a high-precision, powerful, and intelligent Gaussian meter calibration system. This system adopts our company's high-precision fully digital Gaussian meter, high-performance, high-precision, high-power DC power supply, and high uniformity electromagnet to form a high-precision, high stability magnetic field generation platform with closed-loop control. Through software and hardware platforms, intelligent real-time display of preset values and magnetic field fluctuation graphics and values. The precision of the magnetic field generation platform is as high as ± 0.001% of the reading; Magnetic field generation degree: up to 2.4T; Magnetic field stability: 10ppm/8 hours. This system fully complies with the magnetic field calibration standard "JJG242-1995 Tesla Meter Calibration Regulations" of the Chinese Academy of Metrology, and is suitable for calibration by various metrology departments, as well as various magnetic research in scientific research institutions and military enterprises.
The GMS980 high-precision Gaussian meter calibration system has an accuracy of up to 5ppm and can calibrate Gaussian meters with an accuracy exceeding 0.01%.

4.1 Supporting software (upper computer software)
The software can set the DC power supply current value and generate a controlled electromagnetic uniform zone magnetic field by controlling the DC power supply current output; The software can set the target magnetic field value, achieve the target value after the system works, and automatically input it into the test table. The measured data needs to be manually input. After the tester completes the test from low field to high field, the software automatically generates a measurement table and measurement results. The testing standards are formulated according to the standards of the Chinese Academy of Metrology. Test data and tables can be stored in the database for archiving. Support printing test results.
4.2 Adjustment bracket (displacement platform)
The displacement platform is made of non-magnetic materials. Users can manually do itX,Y,ZMovement in direction,Move the probe steadily to a certain position and fix it. Through the displacement platform, the probe can be accurately positioned in the uniform magnetic field area, eliminating the influence of position and angle.
